Registration Information for ALC 2024

This form will be used to determine how many from each chapter may attend ALC 2024.

From Mr. Been:  Before you register any students, make sure they understand:

• The cutoff/deadline is 275 members.  There are limited numbers in 2021....  Each chapter can register 5 chapter members.
• District and Area Officers have a reserved spot however they need to be identified at the time of registering.  If you register as a member and then get elected as district… let me know and we can get it changed.
• Make sure you have covered the camp Rules and non-negotiables
• The dates -------look at conflicts with those dates.  No refunds after invoicing.  We do not allow for substitutes either unless we do not reach the 275 limit.
• It is all or none…. No late arrivals or early departures.  If they have something else to do, there will be some that miss getting in that would gladly have the spot.
•  Insurance numbers are not required to register but they are on the form they bring to camp.  Please do not fabricate insurance numbers…. We need them for a reason
• PLEASE  Take your time filling out the form to make sure it is accurate.
• Area I Leadership Conference held at Clarendon College is open to incoming 10th, 11th and 12th graders, only.  Graduating Seniors should not submit a form.  A Greenhand leadership conference is held in the fall for incoming 8th & 9th graders.
• Form for Data Collection- Teachers use this to collect information before registration opens.
• A separate form for each student,  advisor, parent, or sponsor will need to be completed.   All requested information must be provided before the form can be submitted.  Once all information has been provided, click the submit button at the bottom of the form.  You should receive a message that the form has been successfully submitted.  A copy of the form will be emailed to the advisor's address.  This form will have  signature spaces at the bottom.  The form should be brought with you to camp.  When completing the form, please double check spelling as certificates are printed from information as submitted.
